Have you heard of "meance" in a campsite?

Have you heard of "meance" in a campsite?

For most of you reading this, the summer holidays are behind, and now it's time to make the most of your free weekends, enjoying the last warm rays of the sun somewhere in Macedonia, perhaps in a place you've never visited before.

The Kajak.mk team aims to offer you weekend getaway suggestions where, in addition to dining at local eateries, you can spend your free day immersed in nature and engaging in outdoor activities.

Today, we’re taking you to Lesnovo, specifically to the restaurant "Meance na Kampche," a new hospitality venue built near the Lesnovo Monastery, praised by guests for its excellent service.

Right in front of the restaurant, you'll find a parking area where you can leave your vehicle. Before sitting down for lunch, the Kajak.mk team recommends taking a walk around the area, which offers plenty of landmarks to explore.

Here, you’ll find the Lesnovo Monastery, which is a must-visit, and not far from the monastery are the Lesnovo Caves, accessible via a built pathway. The path ends at the cave church "St. Mother of God," and once inside, you’ll experience the true ascetic life through the rich history dating back to the 14th century. After finishing the tour, you can return to the restaurant, where a variety of local traditional dishes and grilled specialties are served.

From macala, zucchini, fish, oven-baked dishes, local cheeses, to the famous local specialty pastirmajka, you can find all of this at the restaurant. The exact location, as well as the phone number for reservations, can be found with just one click HERE.
