Najdovski from Veles is crafting a successful beekeeping journey
Often, when we write promotional texts, we already know the
specific details that need to be highlighted to create a complete picture of a
person's success. At Kajak.mk, we call such individuals local heroes who
produce small yet significant contributions to the development of gastro
tourism in Macedonia.
However, when writing about Blagoje Najdovski from Veles,
many essential details intertwine. His life’s career, passion for agriculture,
and daily routines are so deeply interconnected that we can confidently say he
works even in his sleep.

The gastro caravan of Kajak.mk arrived in Veles, aiming to
briefly introduce you to Blagoje, a man who proudly identifies as a
third-generation beekeeper from Veles. When it comes to innovative and unique
honey products of top-notch quality, he is undoubtedly among the leaders.
His shelves are filled with exquisite creations such as
rosehip and honey marmalades, tanella – a hazelnut and honey butter, honey
infused with rosehip and beetroot powder, and other masterpieces for which he
has received numerous awards and accolades.

His apiary is located in the pristine surroundings of the
village Izvor, while his "home factory" is based in Veles. He
describes his products as being crafted with high added value, intended
primarily for himself and his family. These same products are offered at
various food fairs, and as a registered beekeeper, he sells them directly from
his doorstep or via home delivery.
Blagoje is not alone in this business; he is supported by
his wife, Tanja, and daughter, Elena, who help him prepare and package the
products for sale.

As an experienced farmer, Blagoje has spent over 20 years
working in an organization connected to agriculture, where he has educated
numerous producers through various activities on how to profit from their
products. He has won several competitions, including a Green Ideas contest with
his innovative concept of producing super-protein food made from a combination
of chickpeas and drone larvae. He describes this as a unique recipe for
nutrition and firmly believes it represents the food of the future.

In addition to the products mentioned so far, he also
produces walnut chips, cold-pressed walnut oil, and other innovative items that
will soon be available for orders through the Kajak.mk platform.
For now, if you wish to get in touch with Blagoje, you can
connect directly via Viber with just one click HERE.

If you’re a fan of visiting fairs and events showcasing
local food producers, you definitely need to check out Najdovski’s stand. His
story, as written here on Kajak, is one thing—but experiencing it in person is
something entirely different.
