Book the mountain cabin "Tsarevets" in Mavrovo, where winter lasts!

For all mountain, snow, and winter sports lovers, Kajak.mk proudly recommends this mountain hut, now added to our accommodation base.

This cool spot is located in Mavrovo National Park. It offers 15 beds — 12 in dormitories, 3 in a private studio/apartment, and in the summer, countless tents can be set up.

Kajak.mk is proud to recommend this place because the owners themselves, who manage it, set a perfect example of how every accommodation facility in the country should be run. Social, communicative, young, and educated — Vladimir and Sonja say that above all, you need to love this profession and live it, and it will naturally grow into a positive story.

They say that the purpose of having such a mountain hut is to introduce guests—mostly foreign tourists—to our culture, tradition, and history. You’ll receive valuable tips from them on how to spend quality time in Mavrovo National Park.

Vladimir says they live Mavrovo 365 days a year; according to him, only by doing so can they offer quality service to their guests. Depending on the season, you can enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, horseback riding, and more.

Both are trained mountain guides, and Vladimir is also a licensed ski instructor certified according to international ISIA standards.

They say that their presence in Mavrovo National Park is an attraction in itself—enough to convince any tourist to spend their vacation time with them and enjoy everything they have to offer.
