On Lake Ohrid in Lagadin, there is a villa that you can reserve online. The villa is located 7 kilometers from Ohrid. From Ohrid to Lagadin, you drive on an asphalt road, and then just 300 meters along a dirt path from the asphalt you reach “Robinson Sunset House.” Mihail Mishevski says that the reason the road is not asphalted is because they are located in the heart of Galichica National Park, and that for this villa, which is above all welcoming to adventurers, asphalt is not necessary.

At this place, you can blend into nature and enjoy the beautiful view while savoring local drinks, preparing a barbecue, or cooking typical Macedonian specialties. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful vacation (the beach is a 5-minute walk away) or go on a mountain trip with the owners.

Mihail has been working with guests for 15 years, mostly foreign tourists. He says that the reviews from foreigners are excellent and that they know how to recognize quality.


This type of tourist accommodation is not an everyday experience. The family business mostly welcomes guests from South America, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark. He says that guests love the spacious yard, the greenery, and the wonderful view of Lake Ohrid. Everyone has their own private corner in the yard, they can use a private pool, and soon there will also be a yoga center. He says that hikers are the regular guests here. For nature lovers and for those who want to rest their minds from hard work, this is the ideal place. Mihail says that they also organize water sports such as kayaking, sailing, diving, speedboats, and more.

All the tours they organize include food. In addition to the tours, food is also served at the accommodation, either breakfast or dinner. The food served is traditional and authentic.

The accommodation is playful in design. It consists of a large area with several small houses built on it. They are arranged in a way that provides privacy.
