The villa is located in a prime spot, offering a stunning view, peace, and tranquility. It is just a 5-minute drive from the Zlatibor tourist settlement, heading toward Nova Varoš, specifically in the tourist area of Sminjansky Zakosi.

The villa has two apartments, each with two bedrooms. The maximum capacity of both apartments combined is 12 people.
