The villa is located at an altitude of 300 meters in the peaceful and pleasant neighborhood of Strežovce. It is just 300 meters away from the beautiful Pčinja River, and nearby you'll find historical landmarks such as the Prohor Pčinjski Monastery and the Church of St. John the Theologian.
