Kiril says that this is a family tradition, and according to the stories from his father and mother, the stills in which they distill the brandy today have been passed down from their great-grandfather. The reason they continue the tradition is, of course, their love for producing a unique and extraordinary beverage.

The production is kept in the traditional way using copper stills. The annual production is 2,500 liters.

Kiril is proud of the gold and silver medals he has won in Macedonia, which give him extra motivation to continue investing in this branch.
