New Modern Villa with Pool Available for Rent

August has always broken records for high temperatures, and many of you have already returned from your summer holidays looking for a weekend getaway to relax in Macedonia.

Today, we are adding another modern villa to our collection, located in Dolno Sonje, just a few minutes from the center of Skopje.

The hosts, who welcomed us into the world of Kajak, say this accommodation is situated at 650 meters above sea level. The temperature here has always been about 5 degrees cooler in summer and 5 degrees warmer in winter. For sun lovers, it’s worth knowing that this villa basks in sunlight for 300 days a year, and the air you’ll breathe here is fresh and mountain-clean.

Silence prevails in the surroundings, making it an ideal destination to recharge your batteries and escape the city hustle.

The villa features a pool that guests can use free of charge. In the yard, there is a barbecue grill available for guests, so you can easily organize a fun gathering with your friends. Around the pool, there are sun loungers and a spacious lawn that gives you a true feeling of freedom.

The settlement where the villa is located is filled with large and luxurious houses, and an interesting fact about the municipality of Sopishte is that it is the only municipality in Macedonia experiencing a significant migration from the city to the countryside.
