Don't Miss the Chance to Try Wine from a Unique Winery Located in the Village of Openica. The family behind the winery has been involved in viticulture for many years and is proud to showcase their centuries-old tradition to guests. Currently, they cultivate varieties such as Vranec, Sémillon, Hamburg, Cabernet, Merlot, Temjanika, and more. With years of experience and dedication to vine care, they now produce multiple wine varieties, with an annual output of around 10,000 bottles.


All wine varieties are produced in a simple manner with minimal use of modern tools. Here, you can find 10 different wine varieties, crafted using traditional methods passed down from ancestors.

Monastery Winery,’ founded in 2019 by Stefan Kočovski and Dimče Gjorgievski.
