Donkey Milk: A Natural Antibiotic Desired by Many

Donkey Milk: A Natural Antibiotic Desired by Many

In the world of Kajak.mk, starting today, we are featuring the youngest producers of donkey milk. They share with Kajak.mk that the idea came during the pandemic when they began preparing the land and ensuring an ideal habitat for the livestock.

Today, the Aleksi family, whose open pasture is located in a village near Kočani in the foothills of Ponikva, is happy that their vision of what they wanted to produce has finally come to life.

You can find their Facebook profile, where you can get in direct contact via message, with one click HERE.

For those who are not yet familiar, donkey milk has the lowest percentage of dairy fats compared to all other types of milk. Unlike most other kinds of milk, donkey milk does not contain harmful bacteria that could harm the health of a newborn.

Due to its high enzyme levels, donkey milk is considered a natural antibiotic and is recommended in the fight against bacterial infections in the body, the effects of poisoning, and in treating skin diseases. This milk contains 60 times more vitamin C than cow's milk.
