Gabriela – Yoga Instructor from Skopje
I am Gabriela, a yoga instructor from Skopje with a stable and continuous practice spanning over a decade, actively involved in the local yoga community.
-
Certified Yoga Instructor: Since December 2017
-
Teaching Experience: Actively leading yoga classes since March 2018
Philosophy and Approach
From the beginning, my goal has been to make yoga accessible, practical, and applicable in daily life, regardless of age, physical fitness, or prior experience. My approach emphasizes the spiritual aspect of yoga, focusing on breath, presence, and self-exploration. I pay special attention to adapting asanas (yoga poses) to the natural abilities of each practitioner. Classes also incorporate various meditation techniques, with mantra meditation featured depending on the group’s interests.
I believe yoga is more than physical exercise—it’s a tool for better concentration, inner peace, and increased awareness in everyday life. Classes are suitable for beginners but also provide depth for those seeking a continuous and regular practice.
Experience and Teaching Formats
Over the years, I have worked in diverse formats and settings:
-
Regular live yoga classes
-
Online sessions during the COVID period
-
Outdoor yoga practices, including in Gazi Baba Park-Forest
Currently, I teach at the Dom na Kultura in Avtokomanda, where a stable and supportive group of practitioners is forming.
Location and Availability
