Method and Purpose
The “Russian School of Games” method is a deep psychological approach that uses structured yet intuitive games to develop presence, awareness, and connection – both with oneself and others. The main goal is not just fun, but a return to the natural state of the individual: freedom of expression, authenticity, and vibrant energy. The games create space for emotional release, trust-building, and stepping out of the automatic roles we often unconsciously adopt.
Age and Participation
The program is designed for children from around 3 years old and up, and it is also adapted for children with developmental challenges. Participation is joint – children and parents together. This is a space where adults actively engage, play, and work on themselves, fostering a deeper bond with their child.
