Villa at Mavrovo Lake with Stunning Views Available for Rent
Have you heard of Studenche? This village by Mavrovo Lake comes highly recommended by the Kajak.mk team for making the most of an active getaway. Why Studenche? Because it offers excellent hiking and biking trails, and November—and even part of December—is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
During the winter months, we’ll make sure to share plenty of tips and ideas on how to escape the polluted city air, even if just for a weekend, and recharge your body with fresh air. For winter activities, this forest trail—which forms a sort of circular path above Leunovo—is perfect for touring and Nordic skiing.
The trail is well-marked, and since it’s a forest service path, orientation is not an issue at all. The surface is comfortable for both walking and cycling. Being located within a forested area, movement along the path is pleasant throughout the day. There are drinking water sources at two points, and the trail also passes by several streams. There are no technical difficulties.
While we’re talking about Studenče, we also want to introduce you to Boban’s villa, which is situated in an exceptional location.

The villa features 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the second has three single beds, and the third has two single beds. The weekend house is spread over two floors. The first floor includes a living room, kitchen, toilet, and two terraces, one of which offers a stunning view of the lake. The second floor houses the three bedrooms and two more terraces.
The villa is equipped with internet, TV (Max TV), a barbecue, hot water, and electric central heating. It also has private parking.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.
