Team building in Greece: The perfect way to cap off a memorable summer!

Team building in Greece: The perfect way to cap off a memorable summer!

If you were wondering whether Kajak.mk organizes team-building trips to Greece, the answer is YES! Kajak.mk partners with a platform offering around 570 hotels, perfect for hosting team-building events year-round.

One proof that there's never a bad time for a team-building trip to Greece came from 'Frontwise Group.' From 29.09 to 01.10, we had the opportunity to connect and unwind together. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience for us as organizers, especially with such a dynamic group of young people who truly know how to enjoy their time as colleagues.

First, we have to mention that the weather and temperature were absolutely perfect. We spent three magical days at Hotel 'Bianco Olympico' in Vatopedi. Many of you might be wondering, 'Where exactly is Vatopedi, and why is it our choice for team-building events?' As a consulting platform, Kajak.mk is here to offer a few tips to help you decide if this hotel is the ideal location for your next team-building adventure.

Vatopedi is a charming village near Nikiti, a renowned tourist destination on Sithonia. Hotel 'Bianco Olympico' is nestled on the beach, surrounded by olive tree plantations, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism that Greece typically sees in the summer. While enjoying breakfast on the terrace, you can breathe in the refreshing scents of the pine forest and the ripe olive trees, creating an atmosphere of complete tranquility.

The hotel features an incredible terrace for its ALL-INCLUSIVE service, offering a rich breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For drinks included in the price, guests can help themselves at the bar by the pool and enjoy great conversations with colleagues. Located on an uphill spot, the hotel may pose a challenge for those with difficulty climbing, but the slight effort is well worth it for the stunning view it offers.

The hotel boasts a small beach with sunbeds, a beautiful sunset, and a charming goat path that you’ll need to take to reach the beach. 'Bianco Olympico' provided us with exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.

Just outside Vatopedi, you'll find amazing tourist destinations worth exploring. One of them is Coviu Beach, which was perfect for our TREASURE HUNTING activities and a full day spent in the warm sea.

In addition to the fun games, we were pleasantly surprised with a visit from our friends in the ChillOut band, who truly made the experience unforgettable—definitely the icing on the cake!

Frontwise Group has become our new hero company! Through their team-building efforts, they donated 200 new trees for afforestation in Macedonia. The employees truly demonstrated what it means to have a fighting spirit and strong collegiality.

The sun wasn’t a coincidence; it was shining brightly because of the positive energy the group radiated throughout the journey. The weather truly smiled upon us. Whether it’s sun, rain, snow, wind, or thunderstorms, we believe there's no such thing as bad weather for travel—only bad moods and bad company.

Thank you, Frontwise Group, for the wonderful memories that will continue to inspire us in the journeys ahead.
