Team Building with Lots of Energy, Adventure, and Support for the Local Economy

Team Building with Lots of Energy, Adventure, and Support for the Local Economy

Local resident Jordanka, who has been part of the kitchen at "Via Ignatia" in Vevchani for 40 years, had the honor of giving a cooking lesson to the young employees of the company "Panteleon GS." They began their team building by exploring Vevchani and tasting the delicious local food. Moments like these, where we allow local heroes to showcase their knowledge, are a crucial factor for us in preserving and promoting what we like to call "Tradition."

The Vevchani Springs and "Via Ignatia" were just pit stops on the three-day team building agenda, through which the company "Panteleon GS" provided direct support to the local economy and gave direct support to the locals who have dedicated their lives to tourism.

We wrapped up the first day with a party on a boat on Lake Ohrid, an event we believe is fitting for a destination that is a direct target of global tourism and one that needs to prove that Ohrid has something to offer at any time.

On the second day, we also had the opportunity to enjoy and "sunbathe" with our well-known Gjoko Taneski, the man we always say is a great choice for all generations, and we take our hats off to him for everything he has created so far.

When it comes to the fun part of the program, the cherry on top was the Latin dance party, where we had the chance to learn the basic steps from Kate, the woman who has dedicated her life to dancing to Latin beats.

From a historical perspective in the program, exploring the city of Ohrid and walking through the monastery complex of St. Naum are essential moments for all companies. The fresh fish with a glass of Macedonian wine on a raft at the springs in the Galicica National Park create an opportunity for great conversation about all the challenges ahead and everything that awaits the company in the future.

Three days filled with adventure, friendship, and of course, lots of smiles. The Kajak.mk team is excited that a company like "Panteleon GS" is now part of our eco-family, and through their team building, the company donated 1000 trees for reforestation during the autumn planting season.
