Sustainable team building: we plant a tree with every event to give back to nature.

Sustainable team building: we plant a tree with every event to give back to nature.

Near Skopje, EOS together with the Kajak.mk team organized an unforgettable one-day team building event attended by 100 employees. We created a program that combined education, team dynamics, and fun – a formula that reflects EOS’s vision to educate its employees through such events while introducing them to new techniques and experiences.

A special highlight of the event was the activity where 40 medlar trees were replanted into unique ceramic pots, making EOS the first company to plant 40 medlar trees during a team building event. This symbolic and creative act showcased the company’s commitment to sustainability and its original approach to team activities.

Another memorable moment was a hands-on workshop led by Marija from BILKILIFE, where employees had the chance to discover something completely new – the process of processing and packaging herbs. Through this activity, participants gained direct experience with unique plants while learning valuable new skills.

One of the most joyful moments was undoubtedly Art With a Twist – a creative activity originally introduced by Kajak.mk and now a recognizable part of its program. Through colors, brushes, and expressions, employees created their own artworks while enjoying the process of creative self-expression.

Employees had the opportunity to prepare their own burgers, enjoying the sunny day filled with the aroma of the grill. The event was further enriched with the Blueberry Mint Spritz – a unique cocktail made exclusively from Macedonian products, adding freshness and originality to the experience.

To wrap up the day, the highlight was the party with Petar Malinov & Special Selection. The music lifted everyone’s energy and turned the evening into a true celebration of togetherness.

Thank you, EOS, for sharing the same vision with the Kajak.mk team – that every event should bring uniqueness and provide support not only to local heroes but also to society as a whole.
