Stay in an Ethno House in the Village with the Most Beautiful Town Houses

Stay in an Ethno House in the Village with the Most Beautiful Town Houses

Bukovo is a new destination in the Kajak.mk database where you can rent a truly unique private accommodation. It is a reconstructed old authentic house known as "Poposka House."

The house is located in the Bitola village of Bukovo, which many call the village with the most beautiful town houses.

When you are in this village, you must take a walk along the narrow streets with townhouses that will give you the feeling of being on Shirok Sokolac. What makes this village unique is its location, as it sits on Mount Baba.

Bukovo has around 250 houses and 4 churches, and many who have visited the village have returned to it. The village features extraordinary architecture, with winding village streets lined with town houses, buildings over 100 years old, and it has served as inspiration for many filmmakers. Scenes from the film "Shadows of the Balkans" were filmed in these areas.

Bukovo is located 5 kilometers from Bitola, at an altitude of 770 meters. In close proximity to the village is the archaeological site of the ancient city of Heraclea, which was founded by Philip II of Macedon.

"Poposka House" features several double rooms equipped with single or double beds. We recommend this accommodation to tourists who wish to enjoy tranquility, explore, and learn new things and information about the region and the village.
