Stay at Lake Berovo – There's Oxygen Here!

Stay at Lake Berovo – There's Oxygen Here!

There’s still no snow in Berovo. But there’s plenty of oxygen. Yep. Oxygen in large amounts — making it the perfect opportunity to escape the polluted cities and give your lungs a cleanse, at least for the weekend.

If you're wondering why you should visit Berovo, the answer is simple: the stunning nature, the clean and healthy air with the highest concentration of oxygen, the wholesome food, the abundance of forest fruits and medicinal herbs, and the local specialties that are widely known for their quality.

Speaking of cheese — our team highly recommends trying the Maleshevo (Berovo) cheese, traditional beaten cheese, baked cheese, yellow cheese (kaškaval), “bulamach,” “urda” (ricotta-like cheese), and buttermilk. Don’t miss the local specialties made with Maleshevo potatoes combined with “klisi,” and for dessert, a cake made with wild forest berries handpicked from nature.

For those looking for accommodation, we’re happy to announce that starting today, our collection of private stays is growing with another beautiful villa by Lake Berovo, offering an extraordinary view.

We especially recommend this villa to young couples with small children. Take advantage of the school break, disconnect your kids from their phones and computers used for online learning, and treat them to a weekend getaway by the lake.
