Romantic Villa at 1200m Altitude Offering Excellent Privacy

June can be rainy and cold, just like this year. For that reason, we’ll give you a few suggestions on where to spend your free “winter” days during the summer.

(Kajak.mk’s portfolio in 2021 is expanding to include private accommodations in Greece, Albania, and Serbia.)

The year 2021 will be the year of individual or private travel. In the coming months, our team will focus on providing you with plenty of accommodation suggestions in Macedonia and neighboring countries where it will be just you and no one else. This year, we will focus on family and close friends.

Kajak.mk’s portfolio offers a wide selection of private accommodations that can become your second home. These villas are ideal for people who work from home, as they allow you to “move” your office to nature, at least for a few days.

Kajak.mk introduces you to another eco-villa located in Suvilaki. Why do we call it eco? Because this villa has its own private garden where herbs and vegetables are grown and made available to guests (in season).

We recommend the villa to early risers who like to spend their free time staying physically active in nature. Since we’re talking about physical activity, our advice is to visit the summit of Dzhamy Tepe. Of course, not alone — go with experienced guides who know the mountain well in winter.

If you’re not very physically active, you can take a walk around the summit area without climbing all the way up. Believe us, you’ll be amazed by the beautiful pine and beech forest.

The villa, according to its general terms, is rented exclusively to two people or a married couple with children. It has one double bed and one seven-seater sofa. It is located at 1200 meters above sea level, and imagine—there’s no one else in the neighborhood.
