Rent This Secluded Villa in Ponikva, Hidden in a Dense Larch Forest

Every Forest Has Its Own Advantage – But Have You Ever Heard of a Larch Forest?
Larch is a tree that grows in Macedonia, and Ponikva is well known for it. Introduced to the country in the 1950s, two types of larch can be found here: European and Japanese.

Our private accommodation collection expands with another unique villa in Pašadžikovo, Ponikva.

The villa “Osogovski Arish” is named after the larch tree, which the owners say creates a natural spa effect thanks to the ideal altitude of 1,200 meters.

Surrounded by a Larch Forest, This Villa Is the Perfect Escape for Those Whose Workweek Is Full of Turbulence — A Weekend Retreat to Clear Your Mind.

The “Osogovski Arish” Villa Features Three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, a Cozy Living Room, and a Beautiful Yard. The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace, while the bedrooms are heated with electric panels.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and comes equipped with clean towels, blankets, and linens. Key pickup is arranged at a location agreed upon with the owners.

The town of Kočani is just 13 kilometers from the villa. Ponikva is yet another reason to stay in this region. Besides the fresh air, Ponikva offers a range of opportunities for enjoyment and relaxation.

This primarily includes hiking trails—16-kilometer routes leading to the highest peak in the area, Tsarev Vrv—and ski slopes that have recently become very popular due to excellent runs and beginner-friendly terrain ideal for those still learning to ski.
