The hosts who maintain the space say that with the increasing trend of organizing outdoor events, this venue is often reserved during the summer by young couples who want to organize their wedding, but it is also frequently rented for bachelor and bachelorette parties.

The venue has a capacity for 200 guests, and the pool can accommodate up to 30 swimmers.
