Producing 100% Natural Hazelnut Oil and Hazelnut Butter

The story of Biljana and Sašo and their commitment to producing healthy natural hazelnut oil and hazelnut butter is now part of the Kajak.mk marketplace. You can order and pay for their products online, and have them delivered to your address. All of this can be done with just one click HERE.

Biljana says that cold-pressed hazelnut oil is a type of naturally squeezed juice from hazelnuts, which contains only its own natural nutrients and is distinguished by the aroma and taste of hazelnut.

It is an unrefined, chemically and thermally untreated oil that is rich in unsaturated essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6, and 9) and is often referred to as a blood purifier and a protector of the heart. The oil contains vitamin C, vitamin A, thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), a large amount of vitamin E and K, vitamin B6, choline (vitamin B8), betaine, folic acid (vitamin B9). In terms of minerals, it contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, selenium, and zinc. It also contains a considerable number of amino acids, which can only be obtained through dietary products.

Cold-pressed hazelnut oil is oil obtained through a production technology that involves the use of low heat. This is because, when higher temperatures are used during the pressing process, all the nutritional values and benefits are lost. For this reason, cold-pressed oil tends to be more expensive than regular commercial oil.
