We Opened a Pet Hotel: A Place Where Guests Leave Only Positive Reviews

It’s a joy to work with guests who have honesty and love in their eyes. With these words, our new host, Neda, shared the story of the new pet hotel in Tetovo, which has now opened its doors to the world of Kajak.mk.

With pet safety and comfort as a top priority, the hotel aims to provide a modern stay where pets can feel relaxed during their visit. That’s why, as Neda explains, they can accommodate up to 8 pets at the same time, each staying in their own private apartment.

This hotel welcomes both dogs and cats. Since every pet is unique, the accommodation offers a program specially designed to meet the individual needs of each pet. All pets stay in apartments under 24/7 video surveillance, in rooms with ventilation and regulated temperature. Special care is taken to fulfill each pet’s needs, including adherence to specific feeding and exercise routines, as well as the administration of medications.

Dogs have access to an indoor play area and an outdoor playground (yard), where they can socialize and interact with other dogs (at the owner's request) under staff supervision, or enjoy independent play and physical activity.

Since the pet hotel is part of a veterinary clinic with highly trained staff, pets not only receive 24/7 care from veterinary doctors and technicians, but they also have the option for certain medical interventions. Within the clinic, there is also a grooming salon, so during their stay, pets can enjoy additional grooming treatments.
