With a heart full of love, hands shaped by years of working dough, and a soul that never forgets its homeland, the story of Oliver Naumoski is yet another testament to the boundless Macedonian spirit.
Originally from Kičevo—a town forever etched into his identity—Oliver has spent the past four years building his life in distant Brisbane, Australia. There, he lives and works alongside his wife Tatiana and their greatest joy, their young daughter. Although thousands of kilometers away from Macedonia, his roots remain deeply present in every step he takes.

Oliver’s love for cooking is no coincidence; it dates back to his childhood. From an early age, he was drawn to experimentation, aromas, and the magic of creating good food. Moving to Australia and immersing himself in a multicultural environment only fueled that passion, opening new horizons and sources of inspiration. Yet, despite discovering new cuisines and flavors, Macedonian tradition has always remained his strongest connection to home.
He built his professional foundation as a pizza chef in Kičevo, at Atva Residence Hotel, where he worked for three years from the very opening of the hotel. That period proved crucial in shaping him as a chef. With deep gratitude, Oliver speaks of his friend Mile Kostadinoski, a top-level pizza chef, who gave him a chance, extended a helping hand, and supported his growth and professional development.

Today, Oliver is the owner of a unique business—an authentic Neapolitan pizza trailer, entirely restored by his own hands from the ground up. What was once a simple horse float has now become a mobile story of hard work, perseverance, and love for the craft. The entire transformation will soon be shared through videos, serving as inspiration for everyone who dreams of creating something of their own.
While he enjoys preparing meat dishes, pizza, pastrmajlija, bakrdan, and other Macedonian specialties, his current focus is firmly on pizza. It is served straight from the trailer at birthdays, catering events, weddings, and various celebrations—occasions where food becomes part of lasting memories and shared joy.

The reactions of those who have tasted his pizza are overwhelmingly positive. Every kind word, every smile, and every compliment is Oliver’s greatest motivation to keep improving and striving to be even better in the future. His food is not just a meal—it is a story, an emotion, and a bridge between Macedonia and the world.
