Mountain Cottage Secluded in Dense Forest

Mountain Cottage Secluded in Dense Forest

Today, we take you to the tourist village Smrdliva Voda, where our new accommodation, Villa Jovan, is located.

The cottage is situated in a peaceful and beautiful environment, with a historical fountain just 100 meters away, known for its reputed healing waters for decades. From the tourist village, various hiking trails begin, some leading to the summit of Mount Kozuf, while others take you to the lower peaks of the mountain.

With a beautiful view from the terrace, Villa Jovan is the perfect accommodation for spring and summer days, especially due to its ideal altitude that guarantees cool nights and peace during the day. Surrounded by tall oak and beech forests, and just 300 meters away, you can visit the waterfall, accessible via a marked trail.

"Smrdleva Voda" has been mentioned before on Kajak.mk. For those hearing the term for the first time, this tourist settlement is located about 24 kilometers from Gevgelija. The locals recognize it by the unique water that springs here, which is said to have healing properties.

Villa Jovan can accommodate up to 8 people. It features 3 rooms, 4 single beds, 1 double bed, and a sofa.
