In the village of Gorno Sonje, there is a winery called "Joveski Garage Winery"

The traditional ambiance, especially the gate of the small family winery "Joveski Garage Winery," speaks to the craftsmanship of this family story in creating a unique wine tale.

The team of Kajak.mk today takes you to the village of Gorno Sonje, where they spoke with Mr. Pece, the person behind the uniqueness of the "House of Gorno Sonje."

Today, this winery has become a stopover destination for many foreign tourists who enjoy the high-quality wines aged on the southern side of Vodno.

Pece says that the winery produces three red wines, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, known under the brand "Koshtan," Vranec as "Azmak," and a blend known as "Padina." There is also the white wine Riesling.

The family winery itself offers the opportunity for visits and wine tastings, but as we say on Kajak.mk, every visit in Macedonia should be with a prior reservation. The tastings can be paired with snacks, and the space is ideal for groups of around ten guests who can stay in either the indoor or outdoor area.

The winery has been shaping its story for almost 40 years, and it gained its official status with registration in 2022.
