We Organize Jeep Safaris on Galichica
We Organize Jeep Safaris on Galichica
Summer wouldn’t be complete without experiencing one of the adventurous tours organized across Macedonia. Whether you love flying, swimming, cycling, or many other activities, one thing is clear: every tour brings its own unique enjoyment.

We have started including some of these tours in our team-building offers available to all companies in Macedonia. If you and your team want us to organize a one-day or multi-day adventure across Macedonia, click HERE to fill out the form.
Starting today, the people joining Kajak.mk’s list of local heroes—those who do small things with great impact on tourism development—are the team behind “Jeep Safari Galichica.”

We will introduce you to Riste Nikolovski, who is part of the entire team of people transforming Galichica into an adventure park.
Riste tells us that the reason that motivated them to start organizing these tours is their love for the natural beauties of Galichica National Park. They have always thought about how to present these beauties to the foreigners who visit Ohrid, and to do so in a unique way.

They decided to organize safaris on Galichica because the national park has both paved and unpaved roads, and all of this can be combined into an interesting adventure.
Riste says that the rides go along mountain paved and unpaved roads, covering almost the entire length of the national park. During the excursions, guests can enjoy views of both Lake Ohrid and Lake Prespa from the heights of Galichica. "It’s like seeing the world in the palm of your hand," says Riste.

The elevation from the starting point to the highest point of the trip is 1000 meters. During this ascent, the groups make stops along the way where they have the opportunity to take beautiful photos of the Galichica landscape.
