Our ambitions require us to have over 100 gastronomic destinations by the end of 2022, which you will be able to reserve at any time through our platform. Today, we introduce you to the host Dimitar, who successfully manages 'Pronto,' a restaurant in the village of Vrutok.

If you haven’t visited the source of the Vardar River yet, here’s another reason that will make you want to visit the village and enjoy its nature and the well-maintained source of the Vardar. What you need to know is that the Vardar here is not as polluted as it is throughout the rest of Macedonia!

Pronto started operating as a pizzeria in 2013. Dimitar says he had vast experience in pizza preparation, a craft he began perfecting at the age of 14. Over time, Dimitar has also mastered other specialties, and today, he can offer guests a wide variety of food.

He says that 'Pronto' offers an unusual world of flavors and top-quality meat and fish prepared in a wood-fired oven and grilled over charcoal. As specialties, he highlights the delicious pies, and he also doesn’t overlook the pizzas, which he is particularly proud of.

Today, Pronto is reserved for various events, and they have recently added apartments for accommodation, which will soon be part of the Kajak.mk platform. Pronto is located in a quiet spot, not far from the city of Gostivar, in a beautiful setting. The restaurant is a family business led by the young owner Dimitar Dimoski.
