From Numbers to Mosaics: A Creative Team-Building Experience in Berovo

Who says economists aren’t creative and passionate about art? At kajak.mk, we believe quite the opposite—and these beautiful photos from the latest team-building experience we organized for the finance team at the well-known and much-loved drugstore chain dm are proof.

A team that showed that numbers and creativity can go hand in hand!

This very team took part in our first workshop dedicated to creating magical mosaics from old, recycled textiles. Surrounded by the beautiful pine forests of Berovo, warm September sunshine, great music, and even better energy, the participants created their own unique mosaics and proved that all you need for creativity is a good atmosphere and a little inspiration.

But this was just the cherry on top of the entire team-building experience. Together, we also hosted our final CINEMA SUMMER OPEN AIR NIGHT of the season—a movie under the open sky, on a crisp Berovo evening.

Not that we’re saying goodbye to cinema—quite the opposite! With the colder days ahead, we’re simply moving our movie nights indoors, into warm and cozy spaces.

And beyond cinema and spa relaxation, the team also had the chance to experience the true spirit of Berovo from the saddle, with a wonderful horseback riding tour through the Obzna Mountain and the beautiful landscapes of the Maleshevo region.

For us, team-building trips like this mean much more than simply spending time together. When a company like dm chooses local experiences, local hosts, activities, and destinations across Macedonia, it directly supports the local tourism economy.
