Small Family Winery Angelovi Joins the World of Kajak.mk

The Kajak.mk Team Advances Its Mission to Promote Small Family Wineries and Highlight Individuals Who Have Devoted Their Lives to Crafting Quality Homemade Wine.

Today, we speak with Blaze, the man behind the name 'Angelovi Winery.' Blaze reached out to share the story of his small family winery, established in 2007, born from years of dedication and investment in cultivating and producing quality vineyards.

"We have been nurturing and cultivating our vineyards with the utmost care for three generations. The wines we produce come from our own vineyards," he says, adding that their grapes reflect the authenticity of the Tikvesh region's terroir, a quality embodied in their products, which consistently win awards wherever they are presented.

Regarding the production process, he adds that it is essentially traditional but incorporates the most modern tools for aging and storing wine. For 'Angelovi Winery,' the most important thing is that the final product results from a continuous process they oversee from start to finish—that is, from cultivating and maintaining their vineyards to the harvest and the entire production process.

Today, 'Angelovi Winery' proudly offers wines from varieties such as Merlot, Vranec, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Smederevka. In addition to wine, the winery also produces grape brandy (rakija) and grape molasses (madjun) on-site.
