Spreading Holiday Cheer: 75 New Year Gift Packages from Our Team Building

At our pre-New Year team building, the Kajak.mk team did something different – instead of a traditional party, we organized a charitable workshop where we prepared 75 New Year gift packages together.

These packages will bring joy to children from grades one to five at an elementary school in the municipality of Gevgelija, marking our first team building with a clear social purpose.

We carried out this project together with our client Žito Prom, whose products were included in every gift package. In addition, our employees had the opportunity to personally write New Year’s cards for the children, giving each package a warm, personal touch. The packages also contained other treats, as well as a small New Year decoration from Kajak.mk.

We believe this is a great example of how companies can go beyond the usual New Year celebrations and bring real value, joy, and purpose to their team-building activities.
